May 17, 2004: Millennium announces the addition of Don Custer to our engineering team. Don’s primary responsibility is serving customers in the Toledo and Detroit area. He will be working closely with Bill Kirby in providing service and solutions to customers in this area.

September 22, 2003: Millennium and A.M. Madsen Enterprises sign a cooperation agreement based on the desire to combine their resources and jointly develop X-Cut and Defect Marking systems for the glass industry. A.M. Madsen Enterprises is a qualified expert for computer control systems in the flat glass business. Millennium is a qualified expert for electrical automation in the flat glass business in North America. Millennium also has electrical controls and automation expertise in various other industries including metals, paper, rubber, and plastics.

August 2003: Millennium is pleased to announce their membership in the Control and Information System Integrators Association (CSIA). CSIA is the premier organization in North America for independent control and information system integrators.
May 13, 2003: Grenzebach Corporation, of Newnan Georgia, and Millennium Control Systems, Inc., of Cleveland Ohio, have entered into an agreement to cooperate in their efforts to serve the Glass Industry in North America. This agreement, signed in Newnan on May 13, 2003, formalizes the cooperation between the two companies that had been developing in recent times.
Both parties have recognized that they each have strengths that
compliment the other and, that by combining these strengths, they will both be
better able to serve their mutual customers.
The two partners have agreed to share technical knowledge and resources in order
to develop the best possible systems for producers of float, coated and tempered
glass, as well as other flat glass products. These systems will be marketed and
supported jointly by the partners. Customers are free to contact either partner
to discuss their needs.
The partners will continue as separate entities and will operate independently
for activities not covered by the cooperation agreement.
Grenzebach and Millennium are both deeply committed to the Glass Industry. They
are convinced that their partnership will result in superior products and
service for all customers.
